Business Referrer Terms

1. Relationship

The business referrer introduces prospective clients to EURepNow. The referrer is independent and is not an employee, agent, lawyer, DPO or EU representative of European District LDA and has no authority to bind EURepNow.

2. Permitted activity

The referrer may present the EURepNow service and use its personal referral link. Eligibility, legal assessment, pricing exceptions, contracting, payment and representation are handled by EURepNow.

3. Prohibited representations

The referrer must not give legal advice on behalf of EURepNow, guarantee a prospect's legal obligation or eligibility, alter EURepNow prices or terms, make misleading claims, impersonate EURepNow personnel, or engage in spam or unlawful marketing.

4. Attribution

Referral attribution is determined by EURepNow's server-side records and referral mechanisms. Duplicate, pre-existing, fraudulent, self-referred or improperly attributed prospects may be excluded.

5. Commission

The applicable commission rate is displayed in the referrer's dashboard. Commission is calculated on qualifying paid business attributed to the referrer and may be adjusted for refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud or cancelled transactions.

6. Invoicing and payment

The referrer is responsible for issuing a legally compliant invoice and for its own tax, VAT, social-security and reporting obligations. The dashboard invoicing tool is an administrative aid and does not constitute tax advice.

7. Prospect data

Access to prospect information is limited to information made available in the partner dashboard for managing attributed introductions. It must not be reused for unrelated purposes or disclosed without lawful justification.

8. Suspension and termination

EURepNow may suspend or terminate a referrer account for abuse, fraud, misleading marketing, legal risk, data misuse or material breach of these terms.

9. Applicable law

Subject to mandatory rules, these terms are governed by Portuguese law. Version: 2026-09-27.
