Depending on your relationship with EURepNow, we may process identity and contact data, company information, eligibility questionnaire responses, account and authentication data, billing and transaction information, Article 30 information, mandate and signature records, privacy-policy publication evidence, support communications, referral attribution data and technical/security logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide and administer the requested service and account, assess eligibility, conclude and perform contracts, process payments, maintain representation records, communicate with clients and business referrers, protect the service against abuse, comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on the processing, the legal basis may be performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.

Data may be made available, where necessary, to authorised EURepNow personnel and service providers supporting hosting, infrastructure, payments, communications, professional advice and security. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or to competent supervisory or public authorities.

Where a service provider processes personal data outside the EEA, EURepNow will use an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism where required, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.
